During the COVID pandemic, I collaborated with Sengkang General Hospital to design missions that enhance communication skills for their medical staff through gaming.
As the learning game designer, I partnered with healthcare experts to identify communication challenges in high-stress situations. I developed tailored training missions using a proprietary game engine, creating 3D simulations and scripting game logic. Additionally, I wrote character dialogue and provided voice direction to enrich the gaming experience.
Experience Overview
SKH Team MATCH (Multi-modal Training & Assessment of
Team-based Care in Healthcare) is a simulation-based training for doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals in Singapore.
